Try Turmeric milk or special blended powders to help you sleep

 

Sleep is so important and sometimes after a busy day it can be hard to switch off, especially if you get home late.

Turmeric milk has always helped me relax.  However, recently I’ve been using Dream Powder from HION.

This stuff is fantastic, you add a tsp to warm coconut milk not boiling and drink!  Its very soothing and relaxing.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Try my Turmeric milk

  • 1 tsp of turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
  • a little honey
  • sleepy time 🙂
