Lots of cereals are heavily processed removing all the goodness and fortifying with vitamins. These are synthetic however.
Try adding nuts and seeds or homemade granola to your cereal, with lots of dark berries or some banana.
Always eat fruit, try not to drink it 🙂 We need to gain slow balanced energy, not spikes from sugar!
Keeping fibre, protein and fat in food slows the release of sugars for better health and energy 🙂
