Want to reduce gas and bloating? Try these tips…

Excessive gas and bloating daily is not a good sign, your digestion is under pressure. Ananta Ripa Ajmera gives you some great tips to help reduce these symptoms.

If you’re brave you could also try dipping a garlic clove in olive oil and sticking it up your bum before going to bed!  A great way to kill toxins, infections, parasites.  This clove will come out in the morning with your first bowel movement and its not painful or uncomfortable.  Give it a try! 🙂  Thanks Danielle
