I believe in balance and feeling happy with your diet, so not to feel isolated or restricted when you eat.  However, we need to make sure we are getting enough goodness into our bodies, in order for them to give us good health and vitality.

Nowadays, people eating to much meat, dairy, grains, refined sugar and stimulants of all kinds.  We need to reduce or stop if you can and increase our vegetables, fruit, good fat, and vegetable protein for best health.

In my experience with my clients, people respond better to reducing the acidic foods and increasing the healthy nutrition foods daily.  So this may mean sometimes certain foods get into the diet that aren’t so good, but that’s fine.  As long as we are becoming mindful each week, and improving, then this becomes sustainable.  Restriction usually leads to failure and binge eating.
