Its about moving every day to stay healthy and fit

If you feel you don’t have time for the gym, then make time for short bursts of exercise, coupled with walking as much as possible, riding your bike to work, always taking the stairs where possible. Stop being lazy! Respect your body!

We must keep moving, otherwise we will gain weight, which will cause a host of illnesses or disease.

You will feel so much better if you exercise in some form.  Give it a try 🙂
