I get asked many times about gluten free products. My answer is always ‘they’re full of starch/sugars, so if you want to get fat?’ People feel they are being really healthy by eating gluten free products, unfortunately you’re not!

For people who don’t have Celiac disease or a gluten allergy, leave the GF stuff on the shelf, say all five experts. And even the gluten-averse might be better off without it.
