Exercise Everyday in some form……

So important to move every day, walk, run, swim, ride your bike, gym, anything just move……   We must  burn off more calories than we ingest to ensure we manage our weight effectively.  Diet is most important to keep us healthy and slim but exercise is great for preventing weight gain and maintaining weight management.

I exercise 3 times per week, ride or walk to work every day and now I’ve started some core strengthening exercises every morning for 10 – 20 mins depending on time.  Every little helps!
