It’s definitely time to eat well! Health is key right now! Whether you’re vegan, veggie, pescatarian or a meat eater; eat clean! Cook most of your meals from scratch! Try to eat organic and in season if you can. Ideally half your plate vegetables lightly steamed and some raw is best. Have veg with lunch and dinner and snack on whole fruit, nuts and seeds!
