We always need to prep our food and use our time effectively when it comes to making dinner. Supermarkets make it easy as you can buy your veg already chopped and prepared. You can also use this easy cooking technique to make your dinner, whilst having a shower or cleaning your house etc. However, I always advise my clients to have raw (a big salad or chopped veg) with every cooked meal you eat.
