Interesting read by Leah Vanderveldt.  Its so important to try alternatives so we can slowly move away from acidic style foods i.e. meat, grains, sugar, dairy…..  Always best to try and see if you like them.  Don’t assume they’ll be rubbish.  There is so much choice out there!  If you want to be healthy you can.  Use your imagination!
