Adding more salt to your diet!! The good stuff that is!

I’ve avoided salt for the past 12 years like the plague.  I was told by my doctors that its bad for people with kidney issues.  Yes highly refined table salt is, but good honest unrefined sea salt is fabulous for you; being full of minerals and helps the body stay hydrated, which can be the biggest cause of any disease.

This interesting article from MBGfood, is a great reminder of why salt needs to come back into our diets, in a healthy and balanced way.

I make SOLE and drink a glass every morning on an empty stomach,  This is a salt water concentration, and is amazing for your body.  Give it a go!  Lets get those minerals back in, as our soils are so depleted nowadays.
