We need to ensure we are consuming a minimum of 2 litres of water per day, ideally tepid water for better hydration.

Many of my clients don’t like water so don’t drink enough, however, for healthy looking skin its a must.

The great news is, if you don’t like plain water, try drinking more herbal tea! Great for hydration and great for the skin! Win win!
