Whilst I promote a varied diet to gain many vitamins and minerals.  It is also essential if you are going to eat lots of the same foods to make them count.  Ensuring you have all 3 elements:- Carbohydrates (vegetables and fruit), good fats (olive oil, coconut oil, avocado) and protein (fish, meat, beans).
