Its difficult to be healthy if you rely on supermarkets or restaurants to feed you daily convenience foods.

You need to get organised and prepare meals.  Many times I make dinner, whilst cooking a stew and soup for the days that follow.  Use your time effectively, then you can eat healthy more often and say good bye to rubbish salty, fatty, sugary convenience foods which slowly make you fat and kill you.

It is very common for my clients to say they don’t have enough time.  Make time!  The reason you are tired in due to the fact your are lacking in nutrients.  If you were eating well you would have the energy to make nutritious meals.
