…but if you want to manage your weight, you need to reduce too much bread, rice, pasta, crackers, convenience foods, cereals etc! They are all very high in sugars and cause tiredness and weight gain. 🥬Stick to a small palm full of brown basmati, black, wild rice or quinoa and make more emphasise on the chunky veggies. A rainbow 🌈 of veggies!! 🏃🏼‍♀️Exercise lots and a little carb is fine!!! Just eat more clean natural foods, to manage weight and feel energised. 😋Focus on foods that are more plant based like beans, veggies, fruit, seeds, seaweed, quinoa, millet, nuts for better health and weight. 🤲 balance is key! Focus on 80-20 good healthy food!
