Hey All,

Jo and I have been experimenting today and we made a yummy smoothie for our lunch.

Give it a go and get some good fats, energy vitamins and fibre into your diet today.

 

1 banana

1/2 avocado

Avocado and banana smoothie

Avocado and banana smoothie

2 large palm fulls of spinach

small palm full of mixed nuts

palm full of pumpkin seeds

1 tsp of peanut butter (always check labels for natural peanut butter low in sugar)

500ml of coconut milk top off with 100 ml water

blend (keep pulp)

 

Yum!
