Yummy Scrummy! Using up the veg from Christmas!

-steamed corn on the cob, cabbage and carrots
-roasted potato and beetroot with Cajun spice, mixed herbs, salt and pepper
-gently fried leeks with sprouts in garlic and a little balsamic
-Optional – if you want a little tang, add some blue cheese sauce. Melt some blue cheese in coconut milk or milk of your choice!
