Today I got treated to a Delicious Dinner courtesy of Danni…….she really is a star in the kitchen!
This is just chock a block with vitamins and minerals, fibre and essential fats, topped off with the bonus of tasting amazing.
Quantities vary to suit……
Raw Foods:
Pak Choi
Basil
Avocado
Steamed Foods:
Kale
Gently Fry in Coconut oil and Lemon Juice:
Asparagus
Mushrooms
Tomatoes
Mix altogether and top off with some fresh Smoked Salmon, a squeeze of lemon juice and a little bit of sweet chilli sauce…..
