Danni and I have had another smoothie experimenting day…….Todays one is a lovely mix of sweet versus nutty, with again a big vitamin, fibre and good fats mix…..

1 banana
1 ripe nectarine
small palm full of pumpkin seeds
small palm full of hazlenuts
approx 600ml of water ( adjust accordingly to alter consistency )
Blend and enjoy…….
