God I love toast! However eating this daily is not great for health or digestion! 

——Balance and a varied diet is key. Ensure 80% of it is vegetables (especially all the ones you can eat raw).

——fruit (focus more on all berries)

——-nuts and seeds (soak and dry for best results and more seeds than nuts)

———beans (all beans but soak before cooking, should these give you wind!)
