This was so tasty this morning.
- 1 Avocado baked in the oven, with an egg in the middle, until its cooked to your liking. I added pepper, sea salt, paprika and seaweed.
- Gently fry some mushrooms in a little butter with salt and pepper.
- Watercress salad with a basil, lemon, honey, apple cider vinegar and olive oil dressing.
- Flavour alert!!!! It was yummy!
Give it a go! Protein and good fat for breakfast will give you lots of energy for the day, as its slowly released.
