We can all crave sugar, some more than others! Yes I can weaken to chocolate, but I try to have fruit, should I get a craving; then at least you’re gaining the fibre and nutrients! Alternatively, you could try a few squares of dark chocolate over 70% cacao to satisfy your sugar fix!!! Try not to over indulge on either! Just enough to stop the craving!
