Using a slow cooker is a great time saver. Many people that I meet are too busy to make a nutritious meal when they get home due to late working patterns. With a slow cooker you can add the ingredients in the morning, 10 mins max to chop and season some meat/fish and vegetables. When you get home the meal is ready and waiting for you smelling glorious!
