Seabass with stuffed pepper and avocado salad

I always like a mixture of foods on my plate.  Makes it more exciting and nutritious.

  • Gently fry seabass in butter and pepper.  Go lightly on the butter.
  • Squeeze a little lemon on some rocket and avocado, sprinkle of pepper.
  • Dollop of Cottage cheese
  • Bake in the oven till soft, a green pepper and stuff with mushrooms and tomatoes with a sprinkle of paprika
  • Some cooked and some raw!  Just what the body needs 🙂

*Always make sure your plate consists of good carbohydrates (vegetables, especially greens), good fat (olive oil, avocado, seeds), protein (fish, chicken or beans).  Reduce meat, grains, dairy and sugar as best you can.
