Yes they are random!!! I just chuck things together and hope for the best.
- Pak choi and apple with lime – add water
- Kale, spinach and kiwis – add water
- Kale, spinach, banana and avocado – half water/half coconut milk
- Apple and kale with apple cider vinegar – add water
Tip – always start with a little of each ingredient and water then add more according to preference.
Don’t always be focused on sweet taste. Get your body to love and enjoy natural clean flavours. Once you have reduced the sugar style smoothies, eventually you will find them quite disgusting and too sweet.
