Eat Well and Feel Great!

  1. Add good bacteria and pre-biotics to your diet (artichokes, green bananas, leeks, onions, garlic and asaparagus
  2. Drink Bone Broth
  3. Drink psyllium husk
  4. Drink vegetable/fruit juices and smoothies daily (3/4 veg and 1/4 fruit)
  5. Stick garlic up your bum
  6. Eat high fibre foods
  7. Limit foods high in fat
  8. Eat Lean meats if you like eating meat
  9. Become Vegetarian or Vegan
  10. Drink lots of  tepid water with lemon
  11. Avoid caffeine and alcohol
  12. Avoid spicy and foods that irritate
  13. Reduce stress in your life
  14. Chew your food slowly
  15. Only eat when relaxed
  16. Have 1-2tsp of apple cidre vinegar before a meal
  17. Eat vegetables half raw and steamed daily
  18. 80/20 ratio of healing foods to non healing foods
  19. Try digestive enzymes with each meal
  20. Don’t over eat, only eat when hungry
  21. Exercise and relax often.
