Promoting your immune system to prevent antibiotic use

People rely on antibiotics to much these days.  We’ve all seen the news reports of people becoming immune to antibiotics which is a very serious issue.  The best way to prevent illness is to strengthen your immune system, so it can fight viruses and bugs by itself. Having a healthy diet, lots of water, lots of exercise, daylight, rest and low stress, is the best way to avoid illness and more importantly avoid antibiotics.
