Plant Based Diets can be Easy to prepare

It’s so important to eat your veggies, we all know this.  However, reducing animal products dramatically is paramount.  Either stop eating or have animal products no more than 4 times per week.  This will help reduce many diet associated diseases like cancer, obesity etc… thanks Danielle 🙂
