Why do so many people turn their noses up when mackerel is mentioned.

Mackerel tastes AMAZING and is so good for you.  Mackerel contains omega 3 fatty acids which are essential for brain function, growth and development.

It is recommended to eat fish at least 2 times a week, so why don’t you try making your own  mackerel pate and have this on wholemeal toast  for breakfast.
