Morning Everyone!
More meals from left over roast dinners.
Used any left over veg – kale, cabbage, cauliflower, roast potatoes and fried them together with some seasoning and added mackerel and hummus to compliment this meal. Very filling and nutritious. Took me about 5 minutes to make as veggies were ready and mackerel already cooked so no time at all!
