Yesterday my 3rd day was a little hard, felt I wanted to chew but late afternoon the feeling past. I still feel very energised and alert and I’m having deep sleeps.
I have purchased a juicer and I am going to juice all day, 1 day a week. I will also have 1 green vegetable juice every morning on the other days to increase my nutritional intake. Making a batch and freezing them would probably be the best option for me as I can’t be bothered to juice every day, especially if you are busy this is will save time. Being organised and prepared is key to stay healthy! Doesn’t your body deserve it?!
I’m on my 4th day and I feel strong. My skin is starting to glow and I have lost a few pounds 🙂 I have focused on ensuring I am hydrated, 3 litres per day (just over 6 pints) of tepid filtered water.
