Hey All,

I’ve really enjoyed making my green juices.  I’ve been having two per day, so getting lots of fruit and veg into my body.

I’ve been using whatever I have in the fridge:

Kale, spinach, lettuce, chard, alfalfa, green powders, beetroot, bee pollen, spirulina petals, carrots, apples. kiwi, banana, oranges, cucumber, celery…

I blend them with alkaline filtered water in my NutriBullet, if I want a meal I keep the pulp and drink as is.  If I want an injection of goodness, I squeeze it through a nut bag and this retains the pulp.  You don’t need to bother with the hassle of a juicer, they are a pain to clean!

Come on get some energy, improve your skin, improve bowel movements, hydrate and prevent disease.  Try juicing daily.  It takes a few minutes and the reward is worth it.  Enjoy! 🙂
