If you want to shed a few pounds don’t stop eating just eat the right foods. You want to reduce quick releasing carbohydrate intake yet stay healthy.

You don’t want to eat bacon every day as this wouldn’t be healthy. Balance is key. You can swap the bacon for 1/2 an avocado or maybe have some tofu.
Just a plain omelette with Vegetables is a good sustainable and fat busting breakfast.
Try and vary every day what you eat and avoid refined processed sugars like cereal, bread, pasta, white rice. Smaller amounts of root veg and fruit would also help reduce the sugar load.
