Eggs and Digestion

Eggs are very nutritious! However, if you suffer with constipation, they can make things worse!! Always have a balanced diet! Try not to eat the same foods 4 days in a row, then rotate! Lots of water, vegetables, beans, lentils, quinoa, fruit, nuts and seeds should get things moving again.
