Some miso chicken soup, with lots of veggies and rice noodles should do the trick!

——Drink plenty of water and try not to each too much when you are Ill, let your body rest and repair!
——Add lemon, ginger, garlic, cayenne pepper, honey and coconut oil to a mug of warm water to support your immune system and soothe your throat.
——-fruits when needed to boost you and get that vitamin C.
——-colloidal silver spray is a great anti bacterial agent!
