- Fry onions with some coconut oil till soft
- add cumin, curry powder, turmeric, paprika, herbs and pepper to taste
- add lentils, kale, spinach, carrots, sweetcorn and whatever veg you want
- fry together for a few minutes
- add vegetable stock and simmer till all veg is soft
- fry sea bass gently
- big bowl, add the soup then topped with the sea bass!
- Yummy!
