• Fry onions with some coconut oil till soft
  • add cumin, curry powder, turmeric, paprika, herbs and pepper to taste
  • add lentils, kale, spinach, carrots, sweetcorn and whatever veg you want
  • fry together for a few minutes
  • add vegetable stock and simmer till all veg is soft
  • fry sea bass gently
  • big bowl, add the soup then topped with the sea bass!
  • Yummy!
