Fancy a sweet and tasty juice?  Beetroot is so good for the body, it cleanses our liver and kidneys.  Living in this toxic world its good to support our organs.  It has a lovely earthy taste and when coupled with fruit can taste delicious in a juice.

Blend 2 raw beetroots, 2 apples, 2 pears and 500ml of filtered water.  You can juice these or blend in a Nutribullet, and strain through a cotton filter food bag to obtain the juice.

Juicing and smoothies are a great way to gain those extra nutrients, which are vital of preventing disease and ensuring our bodies function correctly.

If you are new to juicing, then build up slowly until you get a taste for fresh vegetables juices.

Try the below basic combinations to start:

  • Spinach and Apple with water
  • Mango and Lettuce with water
  • Beetroot, Spinach and Lime with water
  • Banana and coconut milk

You get the idea.  Start basic, then get more adventurous.
