✔️fry 1 red onion and 2 cloves of garlic, gently in some oil
✔️add the veggie balls and lightly brown
✔️add 1 red pepper, 4 chopped tomatoes on the vine and a large palm of chopped mushrooms 
✔️mix well and add mixed herbs, Cajun spice, salt n pepper
✔️add one tin of organic chopped tomatoes
✔️have with a small palm full of basmati rice and steamed greens of your choice

👍fruit and vegetables are full of antioxidants. When you have a cold, work with your immune system not against it. Suppressing symptoms with medicine doesn’t get to the root cause. Support your immune system and it will sort the issues for you.
