🍳Non-stick pans are carcinogenic. Every time you cook, toxins are leaking into your food. 

🥘Try cooking with copper, ceramic or stainless steel only. 

🍳Throw away any non stick pans, these are poisoning you.

However, dehydration is the biggest contributor to disease, so we all need to focus on drinking more.

💦We lose water through breathing, sweating, digesting food, urinating etc.
💦We need to drink a minimum of 2 litres daily, but ideally 2-3 litres!
💦herbal teas are good, as long as no caffeine
💦warm water with lemon or lime to flavour, if you don’t like plain water.
💦add cucumber or orange segments to filtered tepid water, to make things more exciting!
💦however, you can’t beat plain, filtered tepid water for good hydration.
💦check your wee! If it’s a very pale yellow, then you’re hydrated. 
💦if you’re tired, have headaches, hungry often, produce hard pellet like poo’s! 
Drink more water!! 
💦hydrating and eating whole clean foods, is the best thing you can for your body, in preventing disease!

We can all crave sugar, some more than others! Yes I can weaken to chocolate, but I try to have fruit, should I get a craving; then at least you’re gaining the fibre and nutrients! Alternatively, you could try a few squares of dark chocolate over 70% cacao to satisfy your sugar fix!!! Try not to over indulge on either! Just enough to stop the craving! Make vegetables your main ingredients on your plate! I have a little rice noodle in there. 

—-Focus more on veg than meat, dairy, starchy veg and refined grains. These should all be more like small side dishes than the main part. 

——If you eat more vegetables, you’ll have more energy, better poo’s and you’ll lose weight! 

——If you exercise have a little more carb like legumes, if needed, but listen to your body. 

——let’s not forget your good fat from seaweed, avocado, nuts and seeds…
