Beetroot, pak choi and Mint smoothie

A nice refreshing smoothie with lots of goodness.


  • 1/2 palm chopped mint
  • 1 beetroot
  • palm of pak choi
  • 1/2 lime
  • 1/2 apple
  • 2 inch cucumber
  • 500 ml water
  • blend and drink!
